Residential Care Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for guiding and coaching the nursing assistant’s in creating a nurturing home for residents and providing care and services to meet their needs, placing the decision(s) as close to the resident as possible within an environment of hope, dignity and love. Responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of the pods and the care provided within, as well as compliance with all government regulations. Must be able to build and thrive within a team environment.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred. Current Wyoming CNA Certification.
